On 11/27/20 I was attempting to make a deal to purchase a 2018 Chevy Trax. I asked the sales manager 6 times to send me an itemized list of all the charges, accessories including my down payment, monthly pay 2018 Chevy Trax. I asked the sales manager 6 times to send me an itemized list of all the charges, accessories including my down payment, monthly payment, and interest rate. I received a PARTIAL itemized list that did not include the accessories, interest rate, or monthly payment. Marty the sales manager was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and basically called me a liar! I asked Marty for his supervisor name and number 4 times which he refused to give me. Instead he told me not to do business with Freeway Chevrolet. More
