Tire repair - recommendation The service people are really good, however, they could be even better if the could explain the why's behind their recommendation. Example: I had a s The service people are really good, however, they could be even better if the could explain the why's behind their recommendation. Example: I had a small nail in my one year old (12,000 mile) car tire. I brought it in to have the tire repaired. I was told it couldn't be repaired and I had to buy a new tire. My feeling was that the small nail was in the tread, not the side wall, and it should be repairable. Their position was, it was too close to the sidewall. After doing a lot of research I learned that the DOT sets repair requirements for everyone in the USA. According to the DOT, "any puncture that is in the side wall or shoulder, or shoulder to the side wall area of the tire is considered a non-repairable puncture". The shoulder is in the tread area adjoining the side wall. If they would have said the DOT / government rules dictated what was repairable it would have helped me embrace this a little better. More

2019 Chevy Blazer In 2012 I purchased a Chevy Malibu from Freeway Chevrolet. I enjoyed the experience and also took my car into the dealership for service. I heard abo In 2012 I purchased a Chevy Malibu from Freeway Chevrolet. I enjoyed the experience and also took my car into the dealership for service. I heard about the new Blazer and saw the model and wanted to learn more. I meet with Mark Orio and under NO pressure he told me about the Blazer. At the end I asked about purchasing the car in the dealership. We took a test drive and Mark was very knowledgeable about the car and again was very pleasant to work with. I traded in my Chevy Malibu and bought the car. I worked with Dwayne Shanklin on the financing. I had worked with him in the past and felt he really cared about my best interests on the loan. Over all I had a very good experience with my purchase of this Blazer. I returned to the dealership as they have earned my trust in the past and I will continue to use their service for standard maintenance. (I will admit I will miss the 50% off on the oil changes though). I will continue to recommend Freeway Chevrolet to others and will come again on my next purchase. More

They treat women like they are stupid I was in the dealership on Saturday and was looking to trade in my 2006 Chevy Silverado crew cab ( I thought it was a V6.) for a newer truck as I purc I was in the dealership on Saturday and was looking to trade in my 2006 Chevy Silverado crew cab ( I thought it was a V6.) for a newer truck as I purchased a travel trailer, After being there 2 hours, I only had 2 test drives (sales person was on her phone quite a bit). After being there 4 hours, I had to leave and had to get a manager involved to get my keys back (they were looking at my truck for trade in value). They were ganging up on me on the way out the door and one of the sales guys had the audacity to tell me that my Silverado was a 4 cylinder and would not be able to pull a trailer. (oh yeah, he was standing next to the manager Leslie when he said it and she didn't correct him) they had the VIN, they opened the hood. Turns out it is a V8. Would never recommend them to anyone. More

With all the vehicles they had lined up to do that day I am still in awe of the speed and efficiency of the service department at this dealership. And all the service managers are this good! I have been buying my cars and servicing them at this dealership for many years now and never plan on going anywhere else. More
