Left my vehicle for oil change and air bag indicator diagnosis on a Friday morning. Had to call myself at 330pm to check status of vehicle, was told warranty inspector would need to come out, 1 to 2 business days...no car (our only vehicle) over the weekend nor for the first half of the week. Richard Poole was not very pleasant when I stated I needed my vehicle reassembled so I could pick it up (I have school age children that need transportation to and from school functions). 6pm Friday night, a loaner just happens to show up, "I ripped it from her hands" said Richard Poole. When we returned the loaner Josh Roman and Lonny Ulibarri accused us of having a dog in the vehicle (which we never did) and a full detail would be charged to us. When my wife made the comment that dog hair could have easily been tracked in from clothing or shoes, Lonny Ulibarri actually told my wife that "you should use a lint roller on yourself before getting into the vehicle". Once Lonny realized he wasn't going to win the hair battle, he quickly changed stories to "your contact says that the loaner is to be detailed by us before returning", my wife had copy of contract in hand, not written anywhere. In the end, they of course did not charge us and stated "you will never be allowed in one of my cars again" to which my wife said "good, we won't be doing any business with you anyways". Don't ever be afraid to stand up for yourselves, people like Rick, Josh and Lonny try to walk all over people, don't fall for it. More

Finally the day came that I had to give up my spo I have been having my Saturn serviced by James Sommers ever since the Saturn Store in Tempe closed. Finally the day came that I had to give up my sporty little ION Quad Coupe 2.4! It was a very sad day, I had been driving that car for 10 years and there were a lot of memories attached to her. I called James on the spur of the moment and asked him to refer me to a sales person, he sent me to James Gutierrez, the sales manager. He listened to my concerns and what I really feel I needed in a replacement auto. I asked to drive a Cruz and also whatever he would recommend. He graciously brought out the Cruz and after driving it, I realized I would have all the same problems I had with the Saturn....my family and I are getting too old to get in and out of a lower slung car and I really needed something higher off the ground.......but he didn't push me, he let me figure that out for myself! The next car was a 2014 cream pearl Equinox and it fulled every single need I had expressed to him. My next step was to meet with Duane in finance..............it was nothing like the old days when they jacked you around with "deals".......it really felt like when I used the Saturn store, very low keyed and easy! I would go back again and have suggested them to friends and family. Please give them a try if you are looking for a vehicle, they have certainly earned my loyalty. More
Best Auto Buying Experience Ever I new what I wanted, and no one tried to upgrade me or add packages. We did a bit of haggling on one or two items, but that was it. The paperwork, other than all the signatures, went very smoothly. I even got my first choice of financing, approved the next morning. I was treated with respect as was my wife. Billy Duffy was very pleasant to work with. I will definitely consider Freeway when I need another vehicle. I will also recommend Freeway to my friends. I will also do the drive to use their service department. More

Worst experiance Ive had at a dealership Bought a new Camaro SS for $45000 and was promised because it was a special edition it would maintain its valve. 14 months later they appraised the Bought a new Camaro SS for $45000 and was promised because it was a special edition it would maintain its valve. 14 months later they appraised the same car with low mileage at $20000, and was told the same lies that because it was a special edition and had a manual transmission it lost a lot of value. I would not ever buy another car from this group of lying typical car salesmen they will promise you anything to your face and then back out at the first chance More

Never enough time to do it right Even if you leave the car for two and a half days so they can make sure they understand the problem they still didn't get it fixed properly. And of course they say "Bring it back in and we will get it taken care of" Well that is a HUGE inconvenience and you had plenty of time to do it right the first time. Also couldn't hear a particular noise that everyone who rides in my car asks about. Maybe that was because the stereo was turned up too loud (IT was way loud when I got back in the car) So now the two things I went there for still not right. One partially fixed and the other not even addressed. I won't be going back and waste my precious time and money here. More
