I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience with the purchase of a new 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. I made a purchase(2013 Chevrolet Equinox) on Nov28, 2012 at Freeway Chevrolet in Chandler, AZ. with the purchase of a new 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. I made a purchase(2013 Chevrolet Equinox) on Nov28, 2012 at Freeway Chevrolet in Chandler, AZ. I had a very bad experience with this dealership and overall purchase of a GM vehicle. My overall experience was "extremely dissatisfied". I will explain why: When I went to purchase a Chevrolet Equinox LT vehicle, I was shown another model LTZ which the sales people told me has everything including navigation. I came to find out later(after my purchase) when I went back to the dealership on Dec 6th for a demo of the vehicle that navigation comes with Onstar connection which made no sense to me. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told the LTZ model comes with everything including navigation and after the purchase they are telling me that I have to pay $30 a month to get directions. How is that fair treatment? I was going to Buy a Ford or Honda, but my wife's mom worked for GM so we decided to support them and buy one of their vehicles. And this is how we are treated. I am very disappointed with the service from the dealership and am not happy at all with my purchase. I could have got the same type of vehicle with navigation cheaper with a different brand. Despite my repeated phone calls no one gave me a reasonable response. One Sales Manager(I believe John Huggins) called me and said he will call me back in a few minutes with a solution for this and never called me back since Dec20, 2012. More
Please be careful when shopping here. Dennis Renko the assistant manager has to be the worst closer in the business. His ego is unreal. I would never do business with him and I feel sorry for any employe assistant manager has to be the worst closer in the business. His ego is unreal. He has no clue about customer service and tries to bait and switch by putting down your trade and offering a dirty stinky high milage dealer rental which must have been way over priced. Mr. Renko says hey your trade is 2 years old has 6,600 miles and we can sell you a 1 year old 26,000 mile dealer rental... I don't think so... Couldn't get out of there fast enough.. BTW went to the Ford dealer and got a brand new 2013 Ford and they paid a fair and reasonable amount for our pristine trade. I have givien this rating because Mr. Renko would never tell me what he was valuing my trade or what he was selling the vehicle for. More
I stopped by earlier this week to do some comparison shopping and to test drvie the latest Sivlerados. I was met by Jose Gonzales, Sales. Jose was terrific and spent considerable time with me test dri shopping and to test drvie the latest Sivlerados. I was met by Jose Gonzales, Sales. Jose was terrific and spent considerable time with me test driving both the Diesel and Vortec 5.4 L. He also worked up quotes and took them to mgt. I was very impressed with Jose and his salesmanship. He was very relaxed and knowledgeable about Chevy products. I was made a better offer at another dealreship in the Valley and if not I devfinately would have traded with Freeway. Both my wife and I have dealt with the Service Department on a number of occasions over the past several years and I highly recommend them in that they are extremely friendly, coureous and professional. More

16AUG12 - I had taken my 2011 Traverse in for an oil change as well as my 2010 Camaro for the same. The Camaro had an issue with the stitching on the steering wheel coming undone that I wanted to get t change as well as my 2010 Camaro for the same. The Camaro had an issue with the stitching on the steering wheel coming undone that I wanted to get taken care of while it was there. Once again, I received stellar service from Raul and his mechanic, David. The oil change on the Traverse was done in a timely manner and it wasn't long at all before receiving a call from Raul stating that the Camaro would be getting a new steering wheel and would be done within 30 minutes. Everything was ready to go upon my arrival. The Camaro looked great and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. These guys do a great job! Keep up the great work! More
My car battery went dead at night and I had my car towed to Freeway Chevrolet. The next morning by 8:00 when I called they had diagnosed the issue and told me they would work on it right away. They called to Freeway Chevrolet. The next morning by 8:00 when I called they had diagnosed the issue and told me they would work on it right away. They called me immediately when they found that a cable also had to be replaced and then offered me a shuttle ride to come pick up a loaner car. Shuttle arrived exactly on time and loaner was ready and waiting as I walked in. It only took 10 minutes. They called when it was ready and when I picked it up, it was only a five minute wait and all the employees were friendly. More
since 2008 my wife sons and i have bought 5 cars from freeway. shane has been involved in all 5. in all 5 purchases shane has got us right where we have needed to be on payments.and has kept in contact w freeway. shane has been involved in all 5. in all 5 purchases shane has got us right where we have needed to be on payments.and has kept in contact with us since our first purchase in 08. i also brought 2 friends to shane and he was able to get them in cars at the price and payment they wanted. jay has provided financing on 4 of our puchases and is very knowledgeble and very patient and has got us best financing each and every time.recenly my wife and i was in market for a camaro shane and doug helped us and once again our expectations were exceeded. doug was very helpful in our delivery and took time to explain all the fetures on our new camaro. we have bought cars from other dealers but will not go anywhere else again. in conclusion thank you shane doug and jay you went above and beyond thank you very satisfied freeway customer.we will continue to recomend freeway to our friends. My husband and went there to look at a dodge truck. We waited about 45minutes due to someone already looking at the truck. When we were talking about payment for a 35000 @9% for 72months they gave us a 699 month payment. We said we want no money down that we want to use our free and clear truck for the downpayment and want our payments to be around 550what at the highest. fastforward 30 minutes of our sales guy negotiating and we decided that we needed to leave and look for a cheaper truck. They called us back and said they will do it for 550 a month!Awesome. Only one thing: they dropped the payment by 150per month which turns into 11000. for the total 72 months which they were trying to rail us with. Yes we said we were wanting our payment around that but it was high for us and we truly were extremely upset that they inflated the numbers so bad that what they were even showing us didn't work out and were trying to rip us off by $11000.00 More
