Both of our vehicles came back with an overspray like substance, very gritty. We just had both of the vehicles detailed and the paint was as smooth as can be but not now. We did not discover the mess until the next day so it was too late to say anything. In addition, we did not find the intermittent problem with our transmission even though we left it for two days. The two men that I worked with at Freeway Chevrolet were excellent. They did everything in their power to make sure that I was a happy customer and they did just that. I was not expecting to receive a loner car to get my bedliner put in, and not only did I get a loner car (2011 Malibu)that I loved, but I got a cup of coffee for the road. I am also very happy with the workmanship of the Inyati bedliner. Thank you Freeway Chevrolet. This will be my first stop when shopping for my next vehicle. More
I am satisfied with the experience I had for my routine Maintenance I service, however, I find it perplexing that in the past when I have had Maintenance 1 or Maintenance 2 service, items needing attention Maintenance I service, however, I find it perplexing that in the past when I have had Maintenance 1 or Maintenance 2 service, items needing attention were pointed out that were not pointed out this time. Specifically, I was told during a previous visit that my power steering fluid was dirty and needed to be replaced. I did not replace it and there was no mention of it this time. I was also told on a previous visit that I needed an alignment which I did not have performed. There was no mention of the need for an alignment on this visit. As you might imagine, the inconsistency in the recommendations I have received from your service department causes suspicion in my mind regarding the integrity of your operation, and I'm really only coming back because I have a lifetime oil change discount card and I assume all my maintenance records are stored on your computer for warrantly purposes should I ever need to invoke the warranty. As an aside, your sales team tried to deceive me and/or flat out lied to me a total of eight separate times during the sales process and I would never buy another vehicle at or recommend your dealership. More
The Dealership was great, got it in, and repaired it the same day. The problem I have is with General Motors, the HHR's have an ignition switch that is bad. GM should have had a recall on them, and the Cob same day. The problem I have is with General Motors, the HHR's have an ignition switch that is bad. GM should have had a recall on them, and the Cobalt's with the same ignition switch that wont turn the engine off. GM will probaly have a recall when someone get injured or dies from not being able to tun the engine off. The Dealership gets 4 stars, GM gets minus stars. More

I brought in a 2007 Outlook that I had purchased new in Davenport, IA, with 98,700 miles that had two warranty issues covered by the 100,000 power train warranty. I was treated as if I were a long time honored customer from start to finish. I was given a loaner so I would not be incovenienced due to the extended time frame of the repairs. I was kept informed of the progress. The job was done right the first time. A great experience all around. Freeway Chevrolet now has a new customer because of Roger Young. More
The service was quick, friendly and cost effective. Ron offered very good customer service. I didn't need a wash but needed my car vacummed. He arranged that. He did promise what he could delivered. I gave the "completely satisfied" rating that I did because Dave went above and beyond what anyone would expect to make sure that my suburban adhesive side mouldings and driver side lock were fixed did because Dave went above and beyond what anyone would expect to make sure that my suburban adhesive side mouldings and driver side lock were fixed, and he tried to get me a courtesy ride back to my home, but when he found out that the shuttle was full, he gave me the use of a loaner car so that I could wait out the day at home. Have used you many times before, on visit last year you lost our antenna and valve caps and we had to buy a new one one.Yesterday you lost the antenna once again and you washed our car and some how managed lost our antenna and valve caps and we had to buy a new one one.Yesterday you lost the antenna once again and you washed our car and some how managed to soak the passenger seat and carpets.On asking your young staff member he said ohhh no not again, and we eventually found the antenna stuffed down under the rear seat.We had to drive to Phoenix with a soaking saturated seat.I asked for a seat cover but the guy who washed it could not understand English very well and just looked at me.
