I would like to do a follow up on my recent questionnaire submission with my experience with your dealership. There was a little issue with the finalizing with the sale on the vehicle. The sale person informed me that there was a OnStar in the vehicle which it wasn't. We discovered after the sale person and my wife was driving the vechile to my home to pick up the trade in vechile. Currently I am working with a manager to fix this issue. I am new in this area and have 3 chev that will need to have service done on in the future. I would like to keep all my business. After being to 4 different dealerships in a 2 week span, none of them compared to this one. The vibe that I felt the moment I stepped on this lot was comfortable & there was no pressure. They took the time none of them compared to this one. The vibe that I felt the moment I stepped on this lot was comfortable & there was no pressure. They took the time to talk back & forth with their lenders instead of just giving me an answer right there on spot, unlike others where they gave me the "no" answer in like 10-15 mins like they didnt even take the time to try & work something out with me. The salesman that worked with me took his time in trying to help me through the phone & via email, before I even got to the lot! And although I wasn't able to walk off the lot with my new car that I had picked out, he said that he would not only keep my file/info but also keep in contact with me! Who does that anymore?!
