The Freeway Chevrolet Salesman was not honest when he told us that a damaged drivers side mirror had been ordered and that the dealership would replace the damaged mirror housing once it came in. Actuall told us that a damaged drivers side mirror had been ordered and that the dealership would replace the damaged mirror housing once it came in. Actually the part was not ordered until a week after we purchased our 2020 Fiat. Ultimately the mirror was replaced some four weeks later. Jake from service was awesome but the sales staff wasn't completely honest. Borderline deceptive practices were used to make a sale. We will go elsewhere for any additional required service needs.
