Everyone is always friendly and courteous. Working full time it was nice to know I could get my tahoe's 30K tune up on a Saturday. I love getting a newly washed car when your team is done. Excellent Service. In and out on a Saturday morning within 30 minutes to to remove the Heated Window Fluid System (HWFS) per the Recall Notice. I still need to submit for the reimbursement of the remo within 30 minutes to to remove the Heated Window Fluid System (HWFS) per the Recall Notice. Had the car in for repairs for the transmission and A?C. Agent found A/C overcharged. The transmission is hard to get out of park and takers quite a bit of pressure to free it up. When I got home and had parked the car for about one hour, the car was again had to get out of park. Left Raul a message about this problem. I am extremely impressed with the effort taken to get my complete satisfaction with the purchase of my Camaro. All that was missing was the moon roof and I was glad to make the investment. I would recommend more careful price quotes because before purchasing I was told $900 and ended up paying $1300. I felt that I should have honored the original price they told me which greatly influenced my decision to complete the deal. I also think I could have been given more for my trade-in. I appreciate the outstanding effort on Joey's part to try and reduce my out of pocket and had the sales tax waived. He was told $900 and that is what he told me. Jay provided me the best experience regarding the financing and proved he was dedicated to helping me get the best terms. I feel he did do that. After the install of the moon roof which is absolutely perfect and has indeed improved my choice in this investment I was disappointed to see they did not wash the car after the service. That would be the only thing to consider as part of your service policy. More

GM's price for quality:) The attitude of all employees is outstanding. I bought my truck just before the big recession and the attitude of everyone then was incredibly admirable. No frowns, no sunken heads. The enthusiasm now is overwelming. I spoke to a mechanic in the waiting area for about 15 min and could feel his pride and optimism for the future. He spoke of current and new products like he developed them himself. I frequently trade stocks and without a doubt will be investing in GM when their public offering takes place. As I waited for my truck to be serviced Raul kept me up to date on the works progress. If I win the Power Ball and start a business I will certainly make him a work offer so I hope you pay him well.Efficiency wise it felt more like a doctors office than a vehicle service department. Everything was completed to specification. While in the waiting room sales people and other employees stopped by to check on all the people waiting. The waiting area was very accommodating also. I have owned a ford in the past and currently at work must drive one on occasion. THEY SUCK. within the 1st month of receiving the ford, buttons broke, door pieces became loosened and nothing was convieniently laid out in the cockpit area like in the Chevys'. I always heard that on the average people who experience good service tell only an average of 4 people and when receive poor service they tell about 20. Where do I start.I wanted to buy my wife a chevy malibu to replace her 8 yr old vehicle.I did my research and came up with a price I was willing to pay.I queried every internet manager at every chevy deale to replace her 8 yr old vehicle.I did my research and came up with a price I was willing to pay.I queried every internet manager at every chevy dealership in the valley.Not one came back with an offer other than sticker price minus chevy incentive.That is until I received an online price offer from Brian Banks of Freeway Chevrolet.Now understand,I did not need a new vehicle,so I was ready to just call the whole thing off if the deal didn't feel right.Brian made an offer that I just couldn't pass up.It felt kind of funny not to go through the usual haggling,but quite frankly,Brian's price was slightly below what I had set as my target price.I didn't even bother to shop his offer around to other dealers to try and get a lower price.I felt that I had been dealt with fairly and that Brian had earned my business.Arriving at the dealership,we experienced the most painless car purchase that my wife and I had ever had.In fact,we felt so good about the entire experience,(and price)that we opted for several dealer options,including tint and door side panels.All said,thanks to the entire staff at Freeway Chevrolet for turning a chore into a pleasant experience.I will definitely give this dealership my future business.
