I had a bad experiance with Enterprise rent-a-car. I just stopped in for a quick oil change on my way to another appointment. Mr Alameda informed me that I was overdue for service (30,000 mile) to have just stopped in for a quick oil change on my way to another appointment. Mr Alameda informed me that I was overdue for service (30,000 mile) to have my transmission flushed. I told Mr Alameda that I didn't have time for the service. He stressed that it was very important to complete this service and that he could get me in a rental car right away. This was at about 7:30 AM. I did not get my rental car until 9:06 AM. This made me late for my 9:00AM appointment. Also the rental car was dirty and the "gas" light was on as the gas tank was empty. Later when I was picking up my vehicle, Mr Alameda explained that my vehicle did not need a transmission flush. I felt he was pushy in recommending service that I didn't really need, and I didn't have time for. I feel that very little serevice was preformed for the price I paid. More
Chris is an excellent service advisor, demonstrated by his willingness to listen. At no point did I get the feeling that I was being sold something that was not needed. I have visited many times for sevice. The service writer was different this time and I do not know the name, I'm sure you could determine from your system if you wanted to know. I received zero updates on the status of my service even though I saw the service writer many times in the showroom. My truck was pulled up to the exit and parked. I asked the driver for the paperwork to pay the cashier, which I did. I never saw the service writer. The service writer I have had in the past, (blonde woman) provided much better service than I received on this visit. I will still recommend as this was just a small detail, just better before. More

He was 100% honest with me the whole time and worked very hard to find a car that we could afford and made it possible for us to get a deal with a bank. He didn't do any of the slimy car salesman stuff and I felt comfortable with him the whole time. He did all of the hard work for days working on our deal and just kept in contact with me over email and the phone. I didn't have to spend hour upon hour at the dealership or do any haggling. It was the easiest most pain free time I have ever had with buying a vehicle. That was the way it should always be. More
The new car sales experience was less painful that expected. Having shopped several dealerships for new vehicle brands I was expecting to feel pressured to make a decision by multiple sale individual expected. Over the past several years, my wife and grown children have been bringing our vehicles to Freeway Chevrolet for service. Roger has always taken excellent care of all our needs. (Even going way beyond his have been bringing our vehicles to Freeway Chevrolet for service. Roger has always taken excellent care of all our needs. (Even going way beyond his "normal" service advisor duties to help us take care of any situations that we had to work with). It is because of this excellent service and attitude that we have decided to purchase any new/used vehicles through Freeway Chevy. Roger introduced me to Dennis Renko in the sales department who also exemplifies the excellent attitude required to help me make decisions and Dennis found the perfect truck for me. I had a defective component that was under warranty, however the part was unavailable from the manufactuer and General Motors and may not be avaialable for several months. My service rep, Raul kept me i however the part was unavailable from the manufactuer and General Motors and may not be avaialable for several months. My service rep, Raul kept me informed on the status of the repairpart and the Service Manager was able to obtain the part in a much shorter time than predicted. I appreciate the extra time spent by the two gentlemen in expediting the repair of my vehicle. More

I would like to comment on the vehicle. I've had two Chevy Avalanches, a 2004 & a 2007. I have seen similar manufacturing defects with both vehicles.
