I will start by saying that this is the first time that this has happened. But I was in this week for an oil change on my 2008 Silverado, I got there at 7 a.m., I was 2nd in line, told the person at the d this has happened. Did not want the wash done, because I had breakable things in the bed of the truck. More

The overall work of the vehicle was excelent so far. The waiting period was longer than I expected. I waited for 3 hrs when Eddie came and told me that my car was finished and that all they needed to do was waiting period was longer than I expected. About 45 minutes later I went and checked on the status and they told me that they did not have my car registered as "customer waiting" so I waited another 40 minutes. When they finally brought my car to me, I opened the driver door and asked the wash guy to please clean the inside of door hinge, etc... I proceeded around the car and he followed cleaning the rest of the door frames. I noticed some string on the tires and asked him what it was? He said oh maybe just some string..... we tried to take it off and it ended up being GUM! Gum on the tire which he tried to take off as much as he could. The gum is still on the tire, but is coming off gradually as I drive the car. That is my experience with the service. We have two vehicles from Freeway that I take to your shop for service twice a year for both and for the most part- never have any problems with the service. This is one of the longest and most not so pleasant visits I've had so far. Other than that everyone was very friendly. Thank you More

I would like to thank Freeway Chevrolet, and particularly Brian Banks, for the assistance in purchasing a Chevy Cobalt for my stepson. I was impressed by two salient dealership qualities: 1) Mr. Banks wa Brian Banks, for the assistance in purchasing a Chevy Cobalt for my stepson. I was impressed by two salient dealership qualities: 1) Mr. Banks was knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. He had the authority to negotiate price and we did not have to play the "let me talk to my manager" game. Pricing and fees were "up front" and Mr. Banks navigated me through the process in an articulate manner. My stepson had visited a dealership closer to his hime but he was told "find a price and we will match it." I find this kind of salesmanship unacceptable. There was none of this at Freeway. 2) I used the USAA Buying Service to purchase the vehicle. This eliminated the haggling and I felt that I was treated like a valued customer, even though I was buying a vehicle with very little mark-up. Mr. Banks was on board with this program from the beginning and this reduced the stress level which usually accompanies purchasing a vehicle. I would suggest to upper management at GM that they hold up the business model at Freeway as an example to all dealerships. Well done. More

No worries though, Connie hooked us right up and our car was taken care of while we walked & shopped the mall, courtesy of your shuttle service and Chuck. While we were there we took advantage of your 15,000 mile service tune up - and of course that could always be less expensive in a consumer's mind. What a lovely surprise though that you cleaned and washed my "Great Pumpkin" HHR! Thank you. It's a wonderful little car and I'm always getting comments on it. I recommend your dealership ALL the time. Now I'll recommend your service department as well since you have such a great, smiling staff. It was worth the drive from Casa Grande. One recommendation however; please encourage Chuck, the shuttle driver, to inform all passengers as soon as he meets them, that as a courtesy he closes the door automatically so it doesn't embarrass the rider. (I failed to notice the sign on the opposite side of the van and probably embarrassed my husband when I asked him to close the side door). I came in for an OIL change--Monday 5-17-2010. Now for the Third time I have to bring back my vehicle to be cleaned--DUE TO GREASE on the DRIVERS SEAT, DRIVERS DOOR, PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE, & DOOR GUAR the Third time I have to bring back my vehicle to be cleaned--DUE TO GREASE on the DRIVERS SEAT, DRIVERS DOOR, PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE, & DOOR GUARDS STEP! I have better things to do than having to make secondary/third trips to the dealership in order to get the vehicle cleaned up! You might want to stress to the mechanics clean your hands and feet before getting into the vehicles! This not only happens from the mechanics but also with the washing crew! As they are wiping down the vehicles they leave greasey finger prints on the steering wheel and inside door panels! This might not show on all vehicles--BUT I have a LIGHT CAMEL INTERIOR and IT SHOWS!!! MS. Farar More
