Bad Customer Service. This is your typical bad customer service dealership. I had to leave to go back to work. I told them to run some numbers on a few trucks, which than I was told by my sales person that he was too busy helping other clients and he will run the numbers later. I never heard back from him. What am I chopped liver now??? Whatever, it's a Ford Dealership and I 'll take my business elsewhere. They will never get any business from me or anyone I know. On another note a few years back they had a Tundra that I was going to buy from them. The salesman ran my numbers and said "ok, come down and we will get you in the truck". Three hours later as I was getting ready to head In there, he texted me, didn't call me and said it was SOLD! Two very bad experiences. I would stay far away from this place. More

Service Needed on 2015 Ford F-150 I called into the service department needing help with my trailer connection on my truck. It was malfunctioning. I spoke with the representative and I called into the service department needing help with my trailer connection on my truck. It was malfunctioning. I spoke with the representative and he told me that I could set an appointment for Wednesday, but they would probably have to keep it until Friday because they were so busy. I brought my truck in on Tuesday evening as I wasn't able to make it there on Wednesday because of work. They kept it overnight on Tuesday saying it wasn't a problem that I dropped it off. They called me on Friday at 7:05 am saying it was fixed and ready for pick-up. My only complaint is that if they are so busy, maybe they can come up with a "waiting list" of some sort and you can bring in you're vehicle when it's "your turn" instead of having to make an appointment for a Wednesday and not have it be worked on until Friday, knowing its probably going to be that long until it's worked on. More
