More than just a test drive Visited my local Freeway Ford today to look at and drive a Lexus RX450H that had just come in. I had initially contacted Dustin but was handed over to Visited my local Freeway Ford today to look at and drive a Lexus RX450H that had just come in. I had initially contacted Dustin but was handed over to Caleb Lash as Dustin was with another customer, good break for me. Caleb is a charming, engaging young man utterly without ego and (luckily for me) an excellent listener. We took the vehicle to my house to show it to my wife and Caleb took himself on a stroll around the neighborhood so that we could talk about the SUV in privacy . We then went back to the dealership to discuss the specifics. They gave me a fair trade-in for my old Jeep Grand Cherokee but I'm a stubborn old coot and had a set price in my head. Caleb did everything right and I can't say enough about him without beginning to sound creepy. Bottom line? I didn't buy the vehicle but thoroughly enjoyed the experience...xxxxxxto Freeway Ford and sales people like Caleb. More
