Cody Roberts was our salesman and he was efficient and informative through the process. We were in and out in 1.5 hours and that was with Cody helping us and another customer. He was able to easily multitask and communicated with us through the entire process. Would highly recommend the dealership and Cody. Avoid this dealer at all cost!!! They were so friendly and helpful in selling me a car but less than 24 hours later, ignored my calls and made no effort to fix my problem. I contacted Ford Corporate customer service and they agreed with me that Freeway Ford mishandled my issue and were embarrassed by the dealership. But they said the dealership is independently owned and I was at the mercy of the dealership! I have been a Ford owner for over 30 years and their trucks and car are the best! So highly recommend buying one but NOT at this dealership. More

I met Dustin Gonzales through a co-worker who told me that my experience with this dealership and salesman would be different than any I had before. I met Dustin and explained my situation, not a situation I normally like to admit. I had made a mistake in purchasing my last vehicle with no help or assistance in what my family really needed in a vehicle. The last dealership just wanted a sale nothing more. Well, they got the sale but lost a customer. Dustin listened to what I needed, worked with me in the trade in and stayed within the perameters that I gave him. I was worried, 1) I wouldn't be able to get a vehicle that my family needed. 2) that Dustin would just sell me something not truly listen to what my families needs were. Well... I was surprised. There were no fights, it was an absolute pleasure working with Dustin. I have already passed his information, your dealerships information to my family and close friends. I have never done that before, never trusted anyone enough to take care of those I love the most. I do now, you not only made a sale that day, you earned a customer for LIFE. My kids are growing and soon will be driving, the cars that will need to be purchased will come from Dustin and your dealership. I cannot thank you all enough.
