After a lot of looking and changing my mind, we finally found exactly the right truck. A nearly identical one was available at another dealer, but their pricing on the truck was slightly higher and their trade offer was significantly lower than Freeway Ford's so I was pleased to give them the business they worked very hard to earn. They made the process painless and practically even enjoyable, and I appreciate the excellent customer service from start to finish from Nick, to Ron Garretsen in Finance, to management.
