I brought my car in for its scheduled basic maintenance. They put on the wrong oil filter and it leaked everywhere. When I brought the Odyssey back to have them fix it, they just left it sitting in their garage and left me waiting for about 3 hours with no one who could tell me anything. I finally just marched into the garage area ignoring all their danger signs and drove away. I found out they'd fixed it right the second time and then just not bothered to tell anyone it was done and the mechanic just went home. He had a nice warm dinner, but mine was cold, just like me feelings for this dealership. NEVER go there. More

I had the WORST experience ever at this dealer. I drove for 50 miles to this dealer looking for a 02 civic Si. Test drove it, and wanted to purchase it with cash. the sales rep. and sales manager kept argu for 50 miles to this dealer looking for a 02 civic Si. Test drove it, and wanted to purchase it with cash. the sales rep. and sales manager kept arguing with me that a 02 and 03 civic Si would be the same price and that they would not have any room for negotiation. After 30mins of negotiation and BS from them me and my friends decided to leave after them saying "Maybe you should walk"<br><br>Besides they had a stupid DJ setup and was noisy.
