Without going into great detail, when I went to pick up the truck I was surprised that 75% ($750) of the bill was labor. When asked about the reason for such a high cost for changing the spark plugs and 1 coil and the front stabilizer bars they validated this with diagnostic charges that were not even clarified in the bill. When the service manager returned my complaint call, his math (which included the extreme diagnostic charges) still didn't add up correctly, yet no reimbursement was even offered. The services rendered should have cost $350 at $100/hour. I am not opposed to paying that price for good service, but I feel extremely cheated that the diagnostics cost $400 dollars and could not be explain nor were specified on the billing. I will NOT be going back to this shop, and neither should you!!!!! More
