The owner made things right! I gave Fretz RV 5 stars because of the owner, Steve Fretz. When I sent an email to the online rep describing my unpleasant experience, he forwarded it to the owner. Steve reached out to me right away and wanted to make things right. He handled the situation respectfully and professionally and we were able to make a deal. I’m very happy with my camper purchase and would still recommend Fretz RV inspite of my initial experience. The finance guy Brian was also great and professional to deal with. He made everything very easy and smooth at settlement. I have a lot of respect for people who will step in and make it right because it’s there business and there name is on it. More

Harris showed us the unit we came to see, along with about 5 or 6 others that met our requirements. He was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and not pushy! He helped us decide on a trailer that was just what we were looking for. Stayed past closing time to complete the paperwork. We met with Al the next week to pick up our camper. Al had everything ready to go, gave us the ins and outs of our new purchase and answered all questions. Very positive experience dealing with Harrud and Al. More
