Everything went smoothly as this was a complicated transaction as a fifth wheel needed to be installed in the truck and they had to teach me how to use it. Well I brought it home and it worked perfectly. I felt really respected as always. I will buy again. More

I had expressed one concern in an offhand sort of way, and Luke jumped on it to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. Because of a last-minute medical issue I had, Luke had to do some extra things to accommodate me, all initiated by him without my requesting it. Luke has integrity, strong listening skills, and over-delivers on his promises. His experience is evident and he clearly knows how to shepherd a transaction that's a little outside of the norm.
