Just bought 2018 Jayco Redhawk 31XL Friendly and relaxed dealership. Order and delivery went well. Small tear in awning cloth seen during delivery inspection which Fretz will replace. He was very helpful and spent ample time answering our questions and helping us make a decision that was perfect for us. We ordered a Winnebago travel trailer and during the months awaiting delivery, Harris answered our question and kept us informed as to when it would be coming in. The pick-up was this past week, on the coldest day of the year, and Harris and the mechanic spent as much time as we needed to go over everything outside in the frigid temps. They really made sure we were comfortable with the features before we rolled off the lot. Buying the RV from Fretz was a very easy process and we are very pleased with our purchase. In the days since we picked it up, Harris has been readily available for any follow-up questions we have had, which has been greatly appreciated! More
