Buying with ease We looked online at some travel trailers we liked, we then took a trip out to Fretz RV about a week later and met Don. He approached us as we looked around the showroom & answered all of our questions. We asked to see the trailers & he took us right out to see the trailers we viewed online. We didn’t decide right away if we wanted to buy one or not but I believe my husband & I we’re set on what we wanted when we left. We then called Don and told him what our plan was. Don got us approved & we came back & did all the paper work the following weekend. Our old trailer was used as a trade in & our new one will be delivered to our campground next week. Our schedules are crazy but Don worked miracles to fit us in when it was most convienent for my husband and I. We got a great deal with a 5 year warranty & still stayed under our budget. I love my B RV, if you will, it's my car as well, and I'm tooling all around Northern Virginia loving every minute constantly saying to myself I'm 10 feet tall, 25 feet long, use diesel fuel and slow down to go wide at curbs. My First Experience Buying An RV I wanted to say a few words about my positive experience with FretzRV. I have bought many new cars, but this was my first experience purchasing an I wanted to say a few words about my positive experience with FretzRV. I have bought many new cars, but this was my first experience purchasing an RV. Because I am a neophyte RV-er and because I had heard that RV sales has a negative reputation, and because this is a rather expensive proposition, I agonized over this decision for many weeks. I knew very little about the process, and I had doubts about dealing with a company out of state. I emailed Al Papa dozens of times and he always answered my questions and stuck with it even though I must have seemed to be just a curious un-serious person. I know I was a “pain in the posterior.” I visited your facility a few days ago and was very impressed. Al is a very personable guy. Mary and I felt at ease with him from the start. He was very patient. He seemed kind and was genuinely interested in us. He even volunteered to bring water for our dog. I felt as if I was family. When it came to working with Brian Strampel, I was also very impressed. He was able to save us a lot of money and made it easy to purchase the Roadtrek camper, and to register it in New Jersey. I came away thinking, “This guy really knows his stuff.” Actually, this was the first time I’d ever purchased a vehicle where I was at ease and laughing during the process.
