Very happy with Fretz! We are first time RVers and had done lots of research and visited several dealerships. We went to Fretz because we were interested in a Jayco and there were two dealerships. One never called back but I got Mike Myers and he was very responsive and patient. After spending time with him and he answered so many of our questions, we were very comfortable with him and there was never any pressure. We bought a fifth wheel and at the same time ordered a Ford truck. The truck was supposed to come in first but was delayed. The Jayco came in right when they said it would. We could not pick it up because we had no truck but Fretz was great about the delay and even let us visit it! Dealing with Mike Myers and Brian Strampel was great. Would happily recommend them! More

Low pressure, helpful purchase Harris Walters was our salesperson, and he was extremely helpful but did not pressure. I Will Be Back We have never camped, or had a travel trailer and I was a little hesitant to make the move. I was looking locally, but not one had trailers under 22 f We have never camped, or had a travel trailer and I was a little hesitant to make the move. I was looking locally, but not one had trailers under 22 feet. I went online searching for a Travel Trailer and ran across Fretz RV. I wanted something not to big, easy to tow but yet enough room for my wife and possibly an occasional visitor. I spoke with Andrew Long by email, who suggested the Forest River r pod178. It was just what I was in the market for! They just received it from a customer who wanted a larger trailer, and I lucked out. The size was perfect! After going over the unit with questions and several emails, I said I would take it. He then put me in touch with the business manager Brian Strampel, who worked out the details by email. I drove an hour and a half to pick up our new Pod. Mr. Harris Walters greeted me when I arrived, I had inquired about a brake controller and they made arrangements that when I came in to pick up the Pod, they would have a brake controller installed. He took my keys and my truck went to their service department. While that was being installed, being a newbie to the trailering world, he went over the entire camper with me, answering all my questions and concerns. From the water hook up, sewer drain, black tank, grey tank, propane . . . top to bottom, stem to stern. He went over what I would need as a beginner to get started chocks, regulators, black hose, white hose, right down to the toilet paper. When my truck was ready, the service department drove it over and hooked up the trailer again going over everything with me about the brake controller. Before I left, Harris asked me to do him a favor and I asked what is it. He said when you get home to call him just to let him know how I did. I was nervous at first, especially in traffic with all that extra weight behind me, but after driving almost two hours back home, by the time I pulled in the driveway I was fine. The brake controller made a huge difference. The entire staff at Fretz was unbelievably friendly, making me feel very comfortable and putting me at ease, the whole process was painless. I would definitely recommend Fretz RV to anyone in the market for an RV . . . My only complaint is I wish they weren't so darn far from me. More
