Easiest deal I have ever made! This is our fifth motorhome. We know pretty much what we want and what to avoid. We saw another used unit on the Fretz website and went to check it ou This is our fifth motorhome. We know pretty much what we want and what to avoid. We saw another used unit on the Fretz website and went to check it out. When we arrived the showroom was very busy but Al made a point to greet us, located the keys to the unit we wanted to see and handed them to us. He asked us to take whatever time we needed and to return the keys when we finished. That unit did not excite us, but we noticed a different unit that had just hit the Frezt website. When we went inside the showroom we couldn't locate Al but another salesperson offered to help us. We told him about the second unit and he found the keys for us. Again we went by ourselves out to the lot and looked over the unit. I don't ever recall a dealer having so much trust. We fell in love with the Forester. It suits our needs incredibly well. Al and the management at Fretz obviously wanted to make a deal. They very quickly met the price I was willing to pay (including a giving me good value for a trade they had not seen). Working with Brian Strampel to get all of the paperwork handled was as smooth as I could hope. The bottom line, these guys wanted my business and made me feel that every step of the way. More
