shopping expensive RV'S on Internet It's always kind of scary to buy a used RV on the internet and then leave a deposit and drive almost half way across the US to pick it up. We found what we liked. We called and Al was our sales guy. We talked to him about a specific RV and still did no more research. We checked all of the reviews online because supposedly they have been in business for a very long time. But still unsure this would be a good idea. We found tons of good reviews on Facebook but some good ones on Yelp and dealerrater. But there were some bad ones also. I am thinking that most people leave reviews when they are Un happy. I don't normally leave reviews but me and my wife decided to put a deposit and buy an RV from Fretz RV. They were so awesome I am putting a good review on. I bought a used Motorhome and expected some issues. Which there was one that they jumped right on and took care.of. they went way above and beyond the normal. We realized we.made the right decision and let everyone know about. Now I know why they have been in business since 1946. I got help.from another salesman named Pete Polloni who has been there for a long time. AL Papa was awesome. Brian Strampel made the financing so easy and gave us a great deal on a warranty. And Eric Fasci and Gary Geib the managers saw to it that everything was perfect before our.long drive home. Kudos to this team. I hope this review gets read from the out of state shoppers. Trust me we were nervous too. Hard to spend over $60,000 before touching and driving it. The many photos helped also. Good luck in RV. More

Every other dealership discouraged us or tried to lower the price far below value. Eric didn't. In the end, despite the fact that our rig broke down on a test drive, Eric still closed the deal. Still can't believe it! We would highly recommend Eric at Fretz RV! More
