They then told me that, to offset the price increase they had lied about, they could beat my bank's financing terms. I let them run my credit because they said they could beat my bank, but they couldn't beat my bank's interest rate, resulting in an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report. I refused to pay more than the price I was promised and left, only to get stuck in a tropical storm during 5:00 p.m. traffic—all because this dealership is full of liars. I would strongly recommend getting any pricing commitments in writing and confirming they will be honored before making the drive. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership. More

I wanted to give Friendly Ford a chance and stay local. Like others, I am getting the runaround. There’s absolutely NOTHING friendly about this Ford dealership. I have been lied to and gaslighted. I called mid June regarding two recall notices. Phyllis said they don’t have the update program yet to call back in about 30 days. Called mid July. Phyllis said they had the program to bring in the car. They kept the car for a week and a half. I got a call from Martin the “EV Manager” (who is in fact not the official EV manager he’s just really smart - his brother went to MIT as established by the Service Director). Not sure how the MOT comment relates to my problem but that’s the explanation the Service Director gave for Martin’s lie about being the EV manager. Martin said the vehicle was ready and recalls were done. He said “we borrowed the program from Tesla”. I picked up my vehicle July 23 not 100% satisfied with the information. On 09/03 I called inquiring about the recalls since they still populated on my Ford app. I received an official notice via mail from Ford that there was program available for the recalls at this time. Martin said the recalls will always remain active (even after completion) as this is a way to put responsibility on the manufacturer. I called a second Ford dealership and they said that’s not true. I asked why did they lie about the recalls being done in July. He doubled down and said they did get done. The vehicle was towed to Friendly Ford on 09/19 to replace 12v battery and the recalls checked AGAIN. On 09/22 Phyllis called me and said the vehicle would be ready (battery replaced and recalls completed) between 2-3 PM. I arrived around 230 PM. I asked Phyllis to speak to the manager because the recalls were “done” in July. I’m livid with the lies and deception by the staff. Cut the SD stating that Martin is not the EV Manager and his brother went to MIT. The SD questioned him as to why he would say that he said well I’m going to be. The Director said you’re not yet, you shouldn’t say that to customers. The SD asked him why did he say the recalls were done in July, Martin said he did not read into each line item, only that the ticket was completed. Apparently, the recalls said incomplete but he didn’t research and told me they were done. The SD continued to state he didn’t understand why I was upset. Cue the SD saying “I don’t think we lied purposefully. Maybe just misled you about what was done”. I told him those are synonyms of each other. The SD didn’t take accountability for the lies about actual work done. Then he said the vehicle was not ready and still needed 6 hours of system updates. I left in a rental they would drop off my car tomorrow morning. On 09/23 I was told the my vehicle was being dropped off. I called them back to tell them the vehicle was having more issues. I texted Phyllis the picture of the blank screen. Phyllis called me at 12:40 PM and said they would pick up my car again. I explained I leave work at 4 PM I have a toddler to pick up at 5 PM if not late pick up fees accrue. She said the vehicle will be there before 4. I called back at 4:06 the rental was not on site and I needed to leave. The rental arrived 4:10 PM. She called me to tell me the rental was finally there that he got lost. I told his this was incompetent. I told her I would not leave a 5 star review. I have a child to pick up and Friendly Ford is obviously not going to cover the late fee costs. Phyllis continuously asked me to leave a 5 star review but to voice my concerns in the comments. I cannot do that in good faith. At 5:18 Tessa, service manager, texted me saying the car screen was fine. I explained to her what was going. Tessa then began to gaslight me saying I have no right to be upset or call the staff incompetent with the service they’ve provided. She then said I had no right to say I was going to give them a 1 star. I explained I have every right to be upset as I have been blatantly lied to. They insisted on repairing throttle botty an accelerator pedal, even though a week before I paid a mechanic to do the same thing. But they insisted it was still broken for that same reason because the mechanic used OEM parts. MIND you it’s a ford and he used FORD OEM parts, and I knew they were wrong, but they insisted I was instead. And fixed it anyways. Gave me my car back after 1800.00 for the repair. And within a day I was stranded in the dark and rain. I had to tow it back to them. The car was still in limp mode and would not work properly. They then assured me they knew it was the PCM and wire harness. 2300 dollars later, they said it was good, I picked it up and again broke down in the dark even later with my children. Towed again to ford the next morning, they said there was nothing wrong with their work,. Even though I just paid them to fix the problem twice and the same issue. LIMP MODE and not drivable. They then told me due to the age of the car, and miles id put on it they were going to refuse future service. Really, they didn't know what was wrong and were mad I wanted my money back. I told them then to bring it back since it was towed there and I wasn't going to put myself or kids in it and break down again since they hadn't fixed xxxx. It's been in my driveway since then and I still can't drive it. They were rude, didn't fix anything. It still doing the exact same thing, they obviously don't even know how to repair the car. WORST SERVICE ever, and out over 3k for a car that still goes into limp mode so obviously they didn't fix the issue. I couldn't even get a manager to call me back, only the xxxx service tech Will and some chick claiming to be the customer relations lady, but she was a total idiot and didnt help and made me feel like i was int he wrong for even being mad it wasn't fixed. Also charged me 150 dollars to fix the ac since it was only working on driver side, it also still doesn't work. So, they charged me for a bunch of repairs and none of them are done, the car doesn't work and neither does the AC. Austin Salinas the manager wouldn't even call me back. And they had my car for a total of over 6months you'd thing in all that time they could figure it out. I'll never buy a car from ford again or have them repair another thing. Everyone gets to hear my story on their performance. More

The advertised online price for the F-250, including dealer discounts, was $63,800. However, once we arrived, the dealership refused to honor that pricing. Instead, they attempted to make it appear as though we were receiving a good trade-in value by rolling the advertised discounts into the trade-in offer — essentially inflating the numbers to give the illusion of a deal, while still charging full MSRP for the new truck. This approach is misleading and not how trade-ins or discounts should work. Rather than being transparent, the sales staff seemed more interested in manipulating figures than genuinely helping a customer. The sales team was unprofessional throughout the process, and the managers offered no real assistance or solutions. To make matters worse, I attempted to follow up by phone, and no one ever answered or returned my calls. Overall, this experience left us feeling misled and undervalued as customers. It’s clear the priority here is profit, not people. I would caution others to be very careful when dealing with this dealership — double-check the numbers and don’t rely on what's advertised online. Everything started off great with text communication about the truck I was interested in. I let them know in advance that we would be bringing our toddlers, so timing and efficiency were important. I made an appointment, but we were delayed for reasons beyond our control. I texted James to let him know we were running late and again when we were 30 minutes out. He said he would let Adher Hernandez know. When we arrived, I informed the receptionist, who was polite but said Adher was already with a customer. I told her we would go outside to find the two trucks we were interested in so we could keep the kids occupied. We located one truck but not the other, so I went back to the receptionist to ask for help. By this point, we had been waiting at least 20 minutes with no greeting from any salesperson. She asked me for the stock numbers, which I looked up and gave her, but she never picked up the phone or made any effort to get someone to assist us. We continued waiting outside with two restless toddlers, and after another 15 minutes I went back in to say we would be fine with any salesperson helping us since we did not know Adher personally. The receptionist again did not move from her chair or attempt to call anyone. After waiting even longer with no help, we decided to leave. As I was walking out, I let the receptionist know, and she simply replied, “Ok, y’all have a good night.” I updated James by text that we had left, but received no response that night. The next day, I received a random text from someone asking if I wanted to make an appointment. No, I did not. I already had one, drove 40 minutes, and was never helped. I asked to be removed from the call list, yet they persisted. Later, I received a voicemail from Adher saying he was not told we were there. Honestly, I would not be surprised, since the receptionist never got up or called anyone, but I cannot be sure. Eventually, James texted back apologizing and saying the receptionist had told Adher we were there but they had gotten busy near closing. That was the end of it. No one followed up further, and no one cared to get to the bottom of the issue. At the end of the day, either someone was not truthful or someone was careless, and either way, trust is gone. It is a shame, because we were seriously interested and would likely have purchased one of the trucks. Service is everything when making such a large purchase, and unfortunately, this dealership showed us that customer service is not a priority here. More
