Welcomed immediately. Service advisor listened to my concern, although simple to most( a fuse), and took time to explain what happened. Even though I originally signed up for a ride to work, they accommodated me to wait for my vehicle. There was beverages and snacks to enjoy.

Leroy our salesman was great, we knew what we wanted and he handled everything quickly and with no added pressure. After recently going to another dealership and getting the high pressured sales pitch Leroy was exactly what we needed. When we went to pick up our vehicle Leroy and Jeff moved thinks along there was minimal wait. The transaction did not have me sitting at the dealership for hours. This was my best experience purchasing a car. I said I MIGHT want to trade in my 2012 fusion for a 2018 fusion. Victoria found 2 cars that met my criteria. She made an appointment for me to meet with a sales representative at my convenience. Leroy Porter listened to my budget concerns and worked with Robert Pucher to make the trade in and car price fair and affordable. Jeff Townson is the first finance guy that I've ever liked. He actuality listened to why I think extended warranties are a waste of money and carefully explained why computers and safety systems have made these more valuable than in the past. We found a plan that made sense for me and worked with my budget. At no time was I pushed. Everyone supported my needs and realty listened to understand what I needed to make this purchase a reality.

Friendly has always been great for service. It was the deciding factor in my last vehicle purchase. Once the sale is done, it's all service. These guys are kind, honest and do what they say they'll do. Easy to work with!
Had my vehicle in recently for service.. The service techs ( Tom, Matt & Mile) are quite accommodating and take the time to explain the work done as well as other items that may have been noticed. Another thing I like and have used is Freindly Fords loaner vehicle program, when my vehicle is in for service, I
find this to be a great incentive.
