Love my new HR-V I dreaded this visit because of how long and painful the car buying process can be. However my experience here was great and really eased a lot of my anxiety I had from wanting to purchase a new car. Mello was very friendly and fast. I arrived and he asked if I knew what I was interested in, I was already set on buying a 2018 Honda HR-V after a lot of research. He quickly found the car and color I wanted, and we did a test drive. He showed me all the cool features of the car and demonstrated all the space the car had to offer. They were patient and fast with dealing with my trade in and answering any questions I had. I believe it was Mason who handled the financing part and finishing up the process with me. He was able to find a lender who was able to beat the pre-approval letter I brought it from another bank, and got me a fantastic interest rate that I did not expect (as I've been rebuilding my credit). He explained all the services they offered and assured me that my car would be taken care of in the future if I had any issues. I love my new car and I feel happy and assured that I can go to them with any future questions/issues. I don't have any plans to buy another car for a long time hopefully, but they have my business for the future. More
