Drove nearly an hour to look at a car here that specifically said NO ACCIDENTS. When we arrived we saw noticeable damage to one of the mirrors and front cowling of the vehicle! Nice people, but don specifically said NO ACCIDENTS. When we arrived we saw noticeable damage to one of the mirrors and front cowling of the vehicle! Nice people, but don't deceive the public with inaccurate information. More

They tried to high pressure me from the get go but as a life long sales person, I understood and recognized the technique. I purchased the car anyway. They sold me a car with a defective windshield that progressively got worse once I made the purchase. I called them to replace, which they agreed to do but I was concerned about the high tech windshield the car required. I had to drive up to the dealership again to have it replaced (45 min). When I got there, the windshield person was concerned because they seemed to order the wrong windshield. My sales person Bill was less than helpful and tried to rush the guy as he was trying to explain that they had gotten the information wrong. Bill was helpful while trying to sell the car but not when an issue was discovered....really a rude person. I now have spent even more time to get the car and new windshield calibrated on my time because they are unable to do it in house, not that I would trust them to do so. Once the windshield was replaced, I noticed they had cracked my rear view mirror. I sent them pics and they tried to say it wasn't on them but they would order a mirror for me to install or drive another 45 minutes for them to do so. I love the car but there has been nothing but issues since I purchased it. I will say that their sales manager James is wonderful....the rest? Sub par. Make sure you do your research before shopping at Fritz. More

I told him I had driven 40 miles to look at a vehicle they had listed on line under their Fritz in Fishers dealership. Brad walked me through the whole vehicle & rode with me on the test drive. While Brad made sure the vehicle was ready to go, he introduced me to James who finished the paperwork with me. In just a few hours I was on the road. I would definitely go back & highly recommend Fritz in Fishers! Thanks guy! Ed H. More

Great at sales not at being thorough We just purchased a used Jeep Wrangler..salesman was great ....but finance guy had us signing papers before even discussing interest rate and payments We just purchased a used Jeep Wrangler..salesman was great ....but finance guy had us signing papers before even discussing interest rate and payments. Then within 3 days we noticed that the rear main seal leaking and oil in our garage. Our garage actually has a vinyl coating so we could clearly see there was an issue. After calling the dealership and short run around. They said we could bring in and they would have service check it out. Well we live in Greenwood and fishers is a bit of a drive so we talked to their service before deciding to take vehicle up to make sure they would take care of it. No they would not so we had the vehicle 3 days....after Fritz telling us all vehicles were fully inspected. Not to mention that tire carrier on rear of vehicle was also broke almost in half. We notified them of this the same day and was also told ...sorry. Again, for a company that claims to do complete inspections, hard to believe they would miss the obvious. signed the Bultmans More

No Nonsense, Clear and Courteous Our experience buying a car at Fritz in Fishers was very positive, straightforward, and pleasant. Mike Stiles was a true professional - kind, attentiv Our experience buying a car at Fritz in Fishers was very positive, straightforward, and pleasant. Mike Stiles was a true professional - kind, attentive, helpful and courteous. He did not play the typical games we have experienced at other car dealerships and we never felt pressured to buy. We found Mike to be very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know the answer to a question he worked hard to find it. Patrick was also very helpful and personable in the finance process, making our overall car buying experience a clearly communicated, respectful and fair process. We highly recommend Mike at Fritz in Fishers if you’re looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, honest, fair and respectable car dealer! More
Subaru in the shop 3 Times in 6 weeks I bought a Subaru Legacy Outback in September. The salesman Steve touted the reliability of Surbaru being the best on the market. He also mentioned I bought a Subaru Legacy Outback in September. The salesman Steve touted the reliability of Surbaru being the best on the market. He also mentioned that their 30 day/1,000 mile warranty did not cover anything other than major engine, transmission or drive-train repair. That was probably a warning because less than 3 days later the check engine light came on for a bad catalytic converter and and timing belt. ($1900). Three days later the light came on again and then the car wouldn't accelerate past 40 mph. Rear catalytic converter damaged from the broken catalytic converter. ($1600). Three days later check engine light comes on again and there is a rattling sound in the engine. As of right now still waiting for the diagnostic report. Family of 5 on a tight budget that needed a reliable car, and got a money pit. At the very least these things should have been inspected. Also wouldn't drop the asking price of $8,000 because they were going to fix a broken lug nut on the rear wheel that had rusted out. No trust in this dealership. More
