Zack is an asset to the business. Very friendly young man, never too busy to talk to you and doesnt treat you like a number. Always comes through foe me when i need him. I usually get really great service but, this time they couldn't figure out what was wrong. So, now I drive with a jump starter in my truck. It just doesn't want to start at times. I had a new battery put couldn't figure out what was wrong. So, now I drive with a jump starter in my truck. It just doesn't want to start at times. I had a new battery put in last year at this dealership. I guess I hope for the best or as my husband suggests take it somewhere else. More
