Had to wait 45 minutes to check into a booked appointment. Never received a call that service was completed. Still waiting to hear back from service rep (Jose Guzman) if warranty replacement of appointment. Never received a call that service was completed. Frank is always great. I was able to ask all my questions before approving services. The gentleman that was there when I picked up was also great. All good except I will probably reconsider going elsewhere next time because your 3% credit card fee cost me over $70. Not okay with me.
