Will he though? Kia corporate has said that Matthew’s Kia I has been completely avoidant and non responsive to their several attempts to make them rectify this situation. You have a legal obligation to fix/pay for the damage you have done. The negligent work YOUR business did could have resulted in my family being killed. By shear luck, this incident dint happen while our kids were in the car. IF, and that’s a strong IF, Rob Delorm actually does what’s right and calls us; how can we even trust the work you do? Further, your whole company’s goals are avoidance, deny, delay and lie. I welcome the call anyway, and hopefully Rob makes it right.

Update: We have now incurred $10k in repair damages from this faulty engine stall. Matthew's Kia and Rob Delorm still have not responded to a single piece of correspondence from my partner and me. I will be filing complaints with every agency I can until they make this right.
