Sales process unbearable, poor body shop, and slow service We purchased one new Jeep here, the process took FOUR HOURS! Same with our brother in law. They want you to watch videos to try and sell service or We purchased one new Jeep here, the process took FOUR HOURS! Same with our brother in law. They want you to watch videos to try and sell service or warranty packages, they tried to quote leasing prices even though we were buying, they tried to sell financing even though we had a loan. We took one Jeep in for accident repair, the paint looked like it had sand in it! We had to return it to be done again. HORRIBLE. I brought another vehicle in for new tires and a transfer case cable and change the fluids. IT TOOK ELEVEN DAYS! The mechanic refused to listen to my complaint about the transfer case shift problem. I'm a former mechanic and own several of these Jeeps and he still wouldn't listen until the last two days they had it. NEVER checked it before then. Their quick oil change routinely takes over an hour and a half. This place has issues. More
