We had an appointment and after 9 hours, we called to see the status of the truck and they said they didn’t have the time to look at it and that they could keep it over the weekend and work on it Monday. We the status of the truck and they said they didn’t have the time to look at it and that they could keep it over the weekend and work on it Monday. We took our truck back and will be going elsewhere for service. We were very disappointed that they had it all day and they just let it sit there and didn’t look at it, especially because we had an appointment. We just brought it in to diagnose something, not even to have them fix it. We would have appreciated them calling us after a couple of hours to say they didn’t have time but it took us calling after 9 hours and they didn’t say sorry or seem like they felt bad. We will never go back there. More
