This is one of the more disappointing experiences of any interaction I’ve had at a dealership. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for a simple oil change to ensure that the proper oil and parts interaction I’ve had at a dealership. Upon arrival I was told would be a two hour wait four hours later, I was told they were still waiting for oil because they did not have it and was waiting for it to be delivered. I could’ve walked to the store and brought it in those four hours. I had spent waiting when I asked what I could do to prevent from happening again and running into another four hour oil change. I was told to take it to a different place unacceptable nothing but excuses I will never be coming back. More

RO#119624-I have a service truck down for a recall (N242482680) while performing the recall a stud was stripped on the brake booster. The part is now on back order with no idea when it will be release (N242482680) while performing the recall a stud was stripped on the brake booster. The part is now on back order with no idea when it will be released.. This Is a service truck that we repair all our rental equipment with at $250 per hour. The truck Is now undrivable due to possible fire. Trevor Is a good guy but this Is rediculous. The truck has been down since March 2nd. Please help. Randy Mackelvie More
