This service department sent me a letter asking me to bring my car in for a recall issue. So I called and they made me an appointment. I went to my appointment and was told that they did not have the p bring my car in for a recall issue. So I called and they made me an appointment. I went to my appointment and was told that they did not have the parts and would have to order them. They sent me home and I wasted my morning going there for nothing. I was NOT happy! More
