Correct dianostics, accurate concerns hangled and over all very polite and respectful. I have to be honest, he is the best customer service i experienced there. The appointment took longer than anticipated. When I was reached out to by the dealership, a complimentary service was offered, which I ended up having to pay full price for. In addition, when I picked up the vehicle, I was told everything looks good. After, I received an email with the work write up that highlighted several issues to address. This means I have to schedule additional appointments, sort out transportation again, and waste more time. Overall, I’m disappointed. More
