I already knew that I wanted to trade in my old Escape for the new one. I was shocked at all of the new changes Ford made to the Escape. So much and fuel efficient. I was then able to get my favorite salesperson Chris Benincosa to help me with the sales process which he very efficiently streamlined and immediately identified the F150, 4x4 at the right price and maximized my trade in and dealer incentives. Marcos Cruz walked us through all the paperwork and warranty info. He also maximized our incentives and is in the process of checking paper work on the old vehicle to see if any warranties are still active and refundable to us. Great service by all staff but without Chris this deal would not have be finalized so timely. I look forward to working with all staff in the future. Especially with the new service warranty that covers all maintenance. Patrick More
