We were shopping for a new car and after test-driving several different makes, we ended up at Future Ford. We were torn between a Corolla and a Focus. Our experience was a good one. We especially liked the salesman Darren with help from Fernando. The follow-up has been very good so far from the customer relations office Vinny. There were numerous outages with the computer which delayed the time to complete the contract. It was exhausting and it probably made it more difficult for us to understand the contract completely. Went in to look at a used Ford Fusion and test drove one without being haggled. I may recommend the dealership to another, but will not use them for "MY" next car purchase - which will be near the beginning of the year (2014). Hector was very professional and should get a raise.
