For the first time I actually enjoyed my car sales experiance, it was a great one! Going to a car lot has always been the typical evperiance till now. It was like a breath of fresh air. Had found the car on Cars.com listed at a sale price, and that price was granted by dealership (higher price was shown on the window). Good value was given for my trade-in, so the deal was easy. I had to contact my sales rep Art twice after purchasing the car, once because I had forgotten to make proper exchange of keys (I still had one set of keys to trade-in, and dealership still had my house key). The second time was because I had forgotten some things in one storage compartment of the trade-in car. Both times, Art was very helpful to make sure I got back my key and belongings. Eric & Marcus were helpful on the day of sale to make the transaction easy and quick with no hassles. One negative comment, not affecting my rating of the staff mentioned above: within one week of purchasing the car, the power steering went out, the battery & oil light came on, and the car was undriveable due to a belt that had come loose. We had to have the car towed to our local mechanic and paid $200 to fix it. We would not have been able to drive the car to the dealership to be fixed. This was a frustrating issue and I don't know what caused the belt to come lose. However, this does not change the car-buying experience which was positive. More
