Future Honda

Madalyn the Service Advisor for Future Honda was really great and deserves five stars. But the Dealership Service was average. Before Future Honda took over the Dealership, it was "Carmichael Honda" an great and deserves five stars. But the Dealership Service was average. Before Future Honda took over the Dealership, it was "Carmichael Honda" and they were outstanding. 1) Carmichael Honda would give you a free loaner if your car was in the shop for a couple of days. 2) Carmichael Honda had an on staff employee who would shuttle you home and back instead of Future Honda's policy of using Lift Drivers, and a different driver taking you home and another random driver picking you up. The Lift driver who picked me up to bring me back to the dealership spoke broken English and he and I had trouble communicating. Lift said the driver would be in a purple car and it was a black car so I did not know if it was my ride. Carmichael Honda had discount coupons promotions as well. Also, I had an Appointment at 7:30 AM and they did not even call me with and estimate until about 2:00 clock that day so why did I have an appointment? That would not have happened with Carmichael Honda. So I really miss Carmichael Honda as they OUTSTANDING AND the new Future Honda was just average. So I really miss Carmichael Honda. More
