We recently purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. Within the first few days, we realized there were multiple things wrong with the vehicle. The alignment was off, a speaker is bad, body l dealership. Within the first few days, we realized there were multiple things wrong with the vehicle. The alignment was off, a speaker is bad, body lines were uneven and it came with multiple scratches on the infotainment screen. We've taken it in to get "fixed" twice. The service manager told us that almost all of our problems were "normal" and you can't expect a car to be perfect. After "fixing" the alignment we now notice a clicking noise that can be heard and felt coming from the steering column. Apparently, this is also "normal" in their opinion. I can assure you that there is something wrong and they're avoiding having to fix it. Outside of the terrible experience with the service department, we were also told that they would look into getting the screen replaced due to the scratches it came with. They never reached back out and began ignoring us. I drove there to talk to someone face-to-face. They apologized and claimed they would get back to us again... never happened and now they're avoiding returning our messages again. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There are plenty of better options in the area. We just bought another new Honda from a different dealership and the difference in customer service was night and day. More

I rated this dealership average. The salesperson was great, but when I purchased my 2018 Nissan Versa SV, it looked pretty decent on the outside but the seats on the inside were filt The salesperson was great, but when I purchased my 2018 Nissan Versa SV, it looked pretty decent on the outside but the seats on the inside were filthy and I did not realize it till I actually purchased the car. The people behind the scenes did not take the time and the care that they should have in cleaning the car out. I understand the person before me was pretty messy because I'm messy myself, but when I purchase a car I expect better. More
Overall Paul (salesman), Danny (mgmt), and Dave (finance) where highly knowledgeable. I wish they could’ve sped up the going back and forth (lol). Paul knew the product (Honda) he was selling and was able to where highly knowledgeable. I wish they could’ve sped up the going back and forth (lol). Danny and Dave was made aware of my financial objective upon confirming what vehicle I wanted. Sometimes the numbers are in flux until you’ve decided on the vehicle. It was nice to know that the dealership offers discounts which they were able to apply onto my purchase. This is an example of each of them having the knowledge. More
