Hi, I brought my 2019 Honda CRV Tourning in for a B! service. I was promptly greeted by service writer Doug Tang. Doug greeted me with a big smile and proceeded to take all of the information necessar service. I was promptly greeted by service writer Doug Tang. I had a couple of technical questions for Doug and he fully explained the answers. During my wait in the waiting room, Doug stopped by to give me updates on my car.
