Check the lemon law? There was no problem buying this car... loved it for the first 2 weeks until the hybrid system broke down. Future Hyundai called, after almost 2 weeks to say "part we were waiting for came in, we installed it, test drove it, and it's ready to pick up". Pick it up, drove it 3 blocks and the hybrid system failed... when I returned to the Service Department I pointed out that the odometer was exactly the same as when I left it there 2 weeks before...question if the "test drive" was just moving it in the parking lot!?. Still waiting for the car and the other "back ordered" part.. indefinitely! More

Bait and switch I have been looking for a BMW for months when I finally saw it on car guru. I spoke with my sales person several times making sure the car was still available etc. he then looked it over for and said it was perfect. When I was about to drive 80 miles to see it I was told the car no longer was for sale and had gone to auction. I then spoke with the head of sales,, related him the story, but he said it was gone( since the evening before? Then he said he couldn't sell it because an air bag needed replacing. I asked why he just didn't fix they are supposed to be a car dealership, or let me do it on my ownit...no response, Surely to me would be better taking my money instead of auction. Basically I feel strongly and that they were not a all truthful, and used the BMW as a teaser. My advice would be do NOT do business here , IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING IT AS YOUR DEALERSHIP GOOD LUCK AND GET IT ALL IN WRITING. More

Very Straightforward After reading about the Ioniq in the financial news, I spent 2 months learning all about the car (and the Prius) before stepping out to purchase one. After reading about the Ioniq in the financial news, I spent 2 months learning all about the car (and the Prius) before stepping out to purchase one. Needless to say, the Ioniq was new and many of the dealerships didn't really know much, but I fully expected this. What I did find is that many of the dealerships were using the launch as an opportunity to mark up the price of the car using inflated MSRP numbers and charging for add-ons that clearly were not added at the dealership. I saw MSRP numbers for base models differing as much as $3000 between dealers that were 10-15 miles away. The car I wanted was the SEL with the Tech Package, was a a rare early in the launch, and while I was willing to pay MSRP, I kept noticing that MSRP between dealerships was very different dealer to dealer. Two dealerships had MSRP's that were aligned with Hyundai's Website, and Future was one of them. The sales manager asked what it was that I wanted on the car (color, package, etc) and said he would call me when he had it. 24 hours later he found the car, and the next day I sat down to a completely honest and hassle-free transaction. The finance guy was as straight as they came, which was refreshing after 30 years of buying cars and dreading that portion. The entire process from the moment I walked in that last morning took about 1.5 hours. This is the way a business should operate. More
