My girlfriend and I came into the Kia dealership with no prior expectations of purchasing a car, let alone a new one. However, we had purchased a vehicle through a used dealership and wanted a newer, more r prior expectations of purchasing a car, let alone a new one. We came in on a Saturday and test drove other pre-owned certified vehicles and were pretty set on trading our current vehicle. We were helped by Steve Leal, who was genuinely very customer-service oriented. He showed us all the vehicles on the lot, as we were getting ready to leave the dealership he showed us one more car, the New 2014 Kia Forte. Immediately, my girlfriend and I knew we had found the car we wanted. We went in with Steve and it was absolutely smooth sailing from there. Steve was very helpful, attentive to our needs, and most importantly we didn't feel rushed or obligated to purchase a car. Great customer service! Will recommend this dealership as well as Steve! The car color I wanted they didn't have on their lot. But Darren located the car I was wanting in another city and had it delivered the next day. My experience with Future Kia was GREAT! I mostly dealt with Hector in financing and he went OVER and BEYOND to get me what I wanted at a great price! After shopping around for only a few days, we ended up at Future Kia after seeing some cars online that we were interested in. Pressed for time, we met with Phil and drove a 2008 Kia Sorento. It was really nice, but out of our price range so we decided we would keep looking. After another day spent dealing with other dealers in the area, we ended up back at Future Kia where Phil showed us a couple other cars. We really liked the car and trusted Phil and Future Kia so we sat down to crunch numbers. Phil was awesome, provided toys and things for my five year old to do, while we took care of business. Phil was able to work with us so that we were at a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Honestly, I didn't think it could happen but it did. He was also very friendly and personable while we were chatting and waiting around to be processed. I was able to drive away in my new car a few hours later. I love the car. I think we got a great deal, and I feel like the people at Future Kia are wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used car. More
