I have owned 5 Nissans and have always had excellent service. Yesterday I dealt with Jeff Jones. I asked him a simple question. He became visibly angry and accused me of blaming him for something, whic service. Yesterday I dealt with Jeff Jones. I asked him a simple question. He then said the following to me: “I have been around for 66 years and I know bad energy when ai see it and YOU have bad energy!”yes, he said that to me, a loyal Nissan customer. He is quick to anger and would be best suited in a position that does NOT involve interacting with customers. More
