We have bought cars at a couple different places in the past and by far this was the best car buying experience we have had and definitely would recommend Future Nissan and Jeremy. Jeremy took the time to set up my Bluetooth and explain all the important stuff I needed to know in my car before we left. He had a bad attitude and cut me off on what was happening to me with Nissan sales crew... very rude and snippy... didn't like his Demeanor... wasnt have a good day with Nissan and he stuck out his happening to me with Nissan sales crew... very rude and snippy... didn't like his Demeanor... wasnt have a good day with Nissan and he stuck out his hand and said that's was them.. not us so let drop that ..... it just made the experience sour.... and I wasnt happy at all.... but I guess Customers really don't matter at this time.... I was shoved to another dealer ship. Because thay had the car I wanted .... didn't even try to sell me a car .... I was shocked on what they told me .... and I drove 80+ miles to buy a car ..... so upsetting... More

Bill .."The Master" of Customer Service I went in to the parts department for a simple battery for my fab. Bill put the new battery in, & took the time to educate me on the uses of the fab. I went in to the parts department for a simple battery for my fab. Bill put the new battery in, & took the time to educate me on the uses of the fab. How to start the air conditioner or heater as I am headed across a parking lot. He also explained what I should do if my fab doesn't work or the battery is totally dead. I know you might think this is common sense, I am 62 yrs and not tech savey. Bill took the extra time, and went the extra mile. Oh...I should mention I also walked out with two car cell phone holders because he was willing to answer my questions and give me much appreciated advice. Bill totally exceeded my expectations and this is my definition of "Amazing Customer Service" Thank you Bill! D. Haggard More

RUN! Take your money elsewhere!!!! Worst experience RUN! Take your money elsewhere!!!! Worst experience ever. Found out we over paid a lot at this location than any other Nissan dealership. Staff was RUN! Take your money elsewhere!!!! Worst experience ever. Found out we over paid a lot at this location than any other Nissan dealership. Staff was DISHONEST from the beginning. Went to this specific dealership after a long day of shopping around not planning to buy. Salesman David helped us and was being dishonest about the price. Claimed they were giving us an extra $2000 off when ALL NISSAN DEALERSHIP was having their nationwide sale. Other dealership were giving an extra $1500 off total savings of $3500 on brand new cars. Kenny was also giving us a higher APR because dealerships make profit from higher APR and they sneaked in a theft deterrent cost of $199 that was suppose to be "optional" but really wasn't. Kenny was also very rude and inpatient when we were showing the dents and scratches on the certified used vehicle. After a long 5+ hours of being at the dealership, Joey the finance manager was just telling us where to sign and was not explaining the contract. Because I was ready to leave from physical and mental exhaustion, I signed. The car was not washed or detailed like how other dealership take care of their customers, there were no floormats, and the gas tank was not full. When I finally read my contract, our APR was actually charged higher. When I called to return the car after a day from purchasing it, Dustin, the "sales manager" refused and was being rude because we did not purchase the "2 day cancellation option." Even though we were never told about the option, Dustin refused to return our money and offered to fill up our gas tank, wash our car, light detailing, and carpeted floormats. When we went back the 2nd time for those services that was promised to us, we only received floormats and David claimed the gas pump was "broken " even though we saw other employees filling up cars from other dealerships. Totally dishonesty from all employees and was given the run around. Tried contacting other sales manager Brandin and he was rude, no help at all. Tried contacting Michelle the loyalty owner manager but she never responded. Never coming back to this dealership. My money is better spent elsewhere! More
