THIS IS HOW BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE. Months ago we visited NISSAN Roseville interested in a NISSAN Maxima platinum edition. ( I saw one on the road as wanted to know more about it, see up Months ago we visited NISSAN Roseville interested in a NISSAN Maxima platinum edition. ( I saw one on the road as wanted to know more about it, see up close ) fell in in love but at the time wasn’t ready to purchase a car. Justin was extremely helpful, his due diligence and follow up kept NISSAN Roseville in our minds . Fast forward several months later... I was ready to turn in my Mercedes. as a Mercedes owner my first stop was Mercedes Rocklin as my first experience was amazing.. Si was approved for a 2018 c300. But couldn’t get the Maxima out of my head. So while at the Mercedes dealership we began texting Justin..I couldn’t commit to the Mercedes without seeing the Maxima once more. Justin got us back in the door with his perseverance however he was busy with another client (understandably) he introduced us to AMIR.. Amir is the definition of what car salesmanship should be.. He went out of his way to make our experience, relaxed and stress free his customer service andability to me calm( ha, which I not easy to do ) is what sold us on NISSAN and is why I went out of my comfort zone with my monthly payment and why my husband didn’t think twice about it. Kyle is the closer... He knew up front I would not negotiate. He had very little time to make this deal happen.. Kyle stepped up , put the #’s together and closed the deal within 20 minutes... Again customer service in everything to my husband and I . Then we met Joey in finance... in all the years of purchasing new vehicles.. Joey in finance was awesome. No pressures sales to add additional products we don’t want or need.. He explained in detail all options and extra services we had and what we could purchase if we wanted them. Yes we bought three additional services ( by the way no other dealerships can come close to what NISSAN has to offer ) So in conclusion... NISSAN has stepped up there game, not only do they have the best car and product out there.. They have the best of the best sales team to walk you thru every step in the car buying process... no pressure sales .. just an awesome buying experience. NISSAN Roseville you got your self an A + sales team in Amir , Justin , Kyle and Joey. I hope this review brings attention to your location... Very positive experience It was my first time buying a car for myself and I had an extremely pleasant experience at this automall. I know it can be challenging for women to go It was my first time buying a car for myself and I had an extremely pleasant experience at this automall. I know it can be challenging for women to go to dealerships on their own, and sales people and men can be too aggressive. But at this nissan mall, I did not have any issues of feeling pressured, I was able to negotiate and explain what I was looking for and felt that my interests were being heard. The associate who helped me look at models was Amit K. He was extremely kind and understanding and tried to show me cars that were within my budget range. Amit's colleagues were welcoming and friendly as well (Jay). The same day I also had gone to Toyota in the same automall and had the exact opposite experience, it was so awfulI, they were not friendly and definitely made me feel uncomfortable as a women shopping around for cars. I actually saw the same model versa at the Toyota lot but because the service was so terrible I didn't even want to consider it. I'm very happy with my nissan versa and the deal I walked away with. I feel comfortable coming back here, and hopefully Amit will be able to assist in the future! He was a great person to work with. More
