Amir greeted my parents and I with a smile and remembered our names throughout the experience. Not only did he recommend me the right model of vehicle for what I needed, but he directed us toward one that was in my budget and fit my criteria. It was seriously the only car I test drove that day and the only car I wanted to walk away with- and I did! Amir was very cordial with my father (who is known in my family for being a harda** when it comes to buying vehicles) and made the whole experience easy. A few hours after I drove off the lot with my *new car!*, Amir sends me a photo of my former vehicle for a final goodbye- how much more customer oriented can you ask for? I loved my former car, fondly named George, and Amir added the extra touch of sending George's final farewell. To wrap it up, JUST GO SEE AMIR! Excellence service! I bought my 2015 Murano new from Future Nissan , and even though I live 2 hours away, have had every service there. Because they care! My experience with buying my new vehicle was so positive, that I decided to continue using this dealership for all my service needs. For almost 3 years I have experienced their service, when they have been crazy busy, slow , or through renovation. Every visit I have been pleased with how I am treated. I have been asked if I need help while I wait from numerous employees that are willing to answer any questions I have;from how to make a cappuccino to where the restrooms are. To keep this real, there has only been one person I have been unhappy with in all this time....my positives have far outweighed that one encounter. I want everyone to know that I am quickly greeted as I drive up, taken inside to my service representative (my favorite Glen Weller) where they check my account ,answer my questions, and suggest my best service. Glen personally remembers me , and inquires about family; as other employees have recognized me as I have waited. It is this connection that has made me trust Future Nissan and made a loyal customer.
