Wasted Time Missed Deal I waited for a specific vehicle that had come in on a trade-in for over 3 weeks. My purchase was to be a cash deal, and I was clear from day 1 that it I waited for a specific vehicle that had come in on a trade-in for over 3 weeks. My purchase was to be a cash deal, and I was clear from day 1 that it would be cash no finance and I wanted to pay $25k. I found 2 other 'great deals' on cargurus.com that I passed on waiting for this deal. I made an appointment today to confirm the final pricce and seal the deal. Excited that I would get my new car next week I went in for my appointment only to have my time wasted. First, I had to sit for 20 min while the sales rep tried to access my file, talk to me about numbers on a previous offer then find his manager. After sitting for 10 more minutes the sales rep comes back w/an offer of $28k. I say NO and please have your manager come with the best cash offer. Please, I said please don't waste my time or insult me with the car sales game. You know I want the car. You know I'm paying cash. There is no financing so ther are no numbers to crunch. The manager comes back w/$1,500 over my budget. I really don't think they believed I could pay cash. Regardless, they wasted my time, strung me on, disrespected me and caused me to miss out on the 'great deals' from cargurus! Great leadership creates an environment for great customer service that is respectful, does not play games or waste time. Ultimately, I blame the leadership of this dealership for creating space for their sales rep and their first line manager to waste my time, disrespect me and my $25k cash! More

We bought a certified pre-owned hybrid Pathfinder here tonight, and I could not have been happier with our salesman, Justin. From the time he started helping us via our internet chat, through the close of the sale, he was fantastic. I went down to 4 stars because when we went to the dealership to see the car (we did not make an appointment), Justin was busy with a customer, so another guy was working with us. Over the course of a few days and trying to get the information we needed to see if we could afford the car, it didn't go so well with the different guy. I was ready to call it quits and just wait a few months and buy a different car somewhere else. Then Justin picked back up again and made it happen. He got us numbers in a timely fashion, ran scenarios, helped us compare two vehicles we were considering, and got us where we needed to be to buy the car that is exactly, in every way, the exact one I wanted. He was personable, friendly, completely respectful of our time and budget, knowledgeable, and not pushy. A lot of salespeople tell you that they are doing everything they can to get you the best deal possible, but I really believe that Justin did just that - without ever having to say it to us. He was honest, and I appreciate that. I would absolutely go back and buy a car from him again, and would highly recommend working with him to my friends. Mr. SERRATOS went far and beyond, in our opinion, to make us feel comfortable and at ease (never giving us any pressure ) while we considered our options. Our initial plans were to simply visit the lot to take a closer look at what Nissan had to offer. Being a apart of the Nissan family since 2007 with our Nissan Altima, we thought that we would consider another vehicle, since our Altima has always served us well. However, we thought that we would also include a closer look at some of the other makes and models on the market, just to satisify our couriousity. Needlesstosay, after viewing the 2015 Platinum Murano, we felt confident in our decision to make the purchase - again, thanks to Bernardo Serratos.
