My provisional license plate expired 10 days ago and they didn’t gave me any extension or any help. I was forced to pay private parking to avoid fines and get the car towed. I tried to contact Elie (manager)& Carlos (sales person) and they don’t pick up the phone, be aware to buy a car at this place, read paperwork carefully because they extended 3 months my length of term from 72 to 75 months. Be prepared to have a hard time trying to contact these people, especially if you as a customer need support. Also make sure the sales person gives you the right name, my sales person gave me another name. He said he is Andres Ocampo and I realized his real name is Carlos Torres. As of today 09/08/2026 I’m still waiting for a resolution on this matter. More
