My salesman Sal was very welcoming professional. I bought a car from this dealership in December, its February and i still dont have tags. The temporary tags are long expired and everytime I call the dealership i get a run around.. They sound unbothe February and i still dont have tags. The temporary tags are long expired and everytime I call the dealership i get a run around.. They sound unbothered and simply does not care at all.. They said they can't extend my plate or give me any proof my tags are been processed. I went to DMV to see if theres a way i can get proof that my tags were been processed? There's nothing been processed for the car To make maters worse they sent me an email to show the cops if i get pulled over for driving with expired tags. Guess what happened when i got pulled over, the officer could not find my tags in the system. Thankfully he told me to go home and park the car and recommended i take an uber or get ride How do i go to work? Why do i gotta go through this and i paid for this service and is making payments on the car This is ridiculous If i could give this place 0 stars i would.. At this point i want my tags and nothing to do with this dealership ever More

This is the worst dealership ever !!!! RUN you have been warned ,it took me 5 months to get my license plates because they dont pay the banks to get the titles.The sales people come and go in this place and warned ,it took me 5 months to get my license plates because they dont pay the banks to get the titles.The sales people come and go in this place and as soon as you walk in it feels creepy . Stay away because everthing about this "car lot" is shady ..there are more court cases on this place than a little bit from what my lawyer tells me. There is no certified mechanics on site ,sales people look like crap and the "manager IGGY is the xxxx of the earth" always texting.. I wish i did research before purchasing from these crooks .. police are there every other day ,lawsuits and complaints are thru the roof along with motor vehicle complaints as well. they also fill out their own reviews so they wont look bad so...DO YOUR RESEARCH !!! P.s Dont let the cars on the lot fool you they arent paid for , the lot doesnt own them and it will take FOREVER to get ANYTHING from them after the bank pays them ! More
