El peor lugar dos veces mostraron que mienten y engañan a las personas quedándose con el dinero, la primera vez me dieron un Kia Sportage dañado que a los 5 minutos de salir del dealer quedó parado, se queda las personas quedándose con el dinero, la primera vez me dieron un Kia Sportage dañado que a los 5 minutos de salir del dealer quedó parado, se quedaron con el downpayment de 3000 a los 15 días me acerque nuevamente ya que estuve enfermo para solucionar a lo cual me dieron otro auto un Chevrolet Equinox mismo que como comentarios anteriores dicen solo hasta lograr la venta son amables después de eso lo peor, resulta que se hace la verificación con el banco y Mario envía mensajes que todo esta aprobado que solo espere mis placas, se envían mensajes a Mario explicándole hasta que el carro se quedó sin batería y solo comentaba en que haga una cita para solucionar pasa el mes de la placa provisional y dicen que debo esperar que el proceso tarda les solicite me ayuden con otra placa hasta que me entreguen la buena para lo cual me piden ir al dealer al momento de llegar me dicen que el banco rechazo el préstamo y sale un muchacho a sacar la llave del carro pasando por encima de una mujer que se encontraba ahí, tuvimos llamar a la policía para recibir ayuda, al momento de hablar con el manager pide 1000 dólares más supuestamente para empezar otro proceso con otro banco lo cual me parece injusto que pase tanto tiempo y contacto con el vendedor Mario para solucionar el problema y llegar allá para quitarme el auto de esa forma xq ellos ME RENTARON EL CARRO POR UN MES Y QUE VAYA AVERIGUAR LA TARIFA DE LOS COSTOS POR RENTAR UN AUTO Y QUE LOS 3000MIL DOLARES SE PERDIERON, solo engañan a la gente si negó el banco debían comunicarse inmediatamente no con mentiras que la placa y ver una solución no quedarse con mi dinero y decir que me rentaron el carro, primera experiencia auto dañado; segundo peor son increible como juegan con el esfuerzo y dinero de la gente. Y el manager al final responde NO VOY A PERDER MI TIEMPO CON UD RETIRESE increible eso debía decir desde el momento que entré antes de coger mi dinero. This place is horrible. My daughter went there to look at a car listed at $8700 they never even showed her the car but ran her credit and tried to put her in a newer car for $15,500. If you value your time and money don’t go to these con artists. I’m happy I stopped my daughter from purchasing from these guys. They have no integrity whatsoever. Don’t be fooled by them.
